Overview

We ran market research on sustainable business models for Zambian NGOs in a post-aid environment, culminating in a national workshop where we led stakeholder coordination and brokered partnerships between financial institutions and NGOs. The workshop brought together over 37 NGOs across the Education, Health, Agriculture and Water sectors. We facilitated and supported market linkages for two NGOs after the workshop.
